Pro Judo displays judo athlete information from publicly available sources (including IJF-related data). You understand that:
Athlete profile pages on Pro Judo are generally viewable by other users and the public.
If you claim a fighter profile or add optional details (such as an Instagram handle), information you choose to display may be visible to others.
You are solely responsible for the information you associate with your account. Pro Judo is not responsible for consequences arising from the public availability of profile or competition information.
Scope of public information: Copies, screenshots, or cached versions of public content may exist outside Pro Judo's control even after you change settings or delete your account.
Search engines: Pro Judo cannot guarantee immediate removal of previously public pages from search engine indexes; updates follow each search engine's own schedule.
4. No Responsibility for Data Accuracy
Pro Judo sources information from publicly available resources and user-linked profiles. While we aim to provide useful data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of information on the platform.
Pro Judo does not verify or validate every profile or competition record.
Any reliance on data provided by Pro Judo is at your own risk.

5. User Responsibility and Misrepresentation
By registering on Pro Judo, you confirm and agree that:
You will only claim and manage a fighter profile that represents you (or that you are explicitly authorized to manage).
You will not claim another person's profile without their permission or misrepresent your competition record.
You are responsible for ensuring information you submit is truthful and does not infringe third-party rights. Pro Judo is not obligated to verify user-submitted content.
Misrepresentation may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
You will not impersonate others or provide false information about your identity or judo history.
You will not upload inappropriate images or content; such content may be removed and your account suspended or deleted.
You will not engage in conduct that harms the platform or its users, including posting false information, attempting to disrupt the service, harassing others, or interfering with platform operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Pro Judo and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and licensors (the "Pro Judo Parties") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, third-party conduct, inaccurate data, technical failures, security incidents, or loss of data or opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pro Judo and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you provide.
